Jim was installed as President of Capitol Area Realty, Inc. in 1996. As President, he has grown the company from eight agents to forty-eight and raised the company gross value of property sold from less than $6M in 1996 to over $66M in 2006. Jim is selective in his choice of agents and critical of technology for technology's sake, but always willing to give new people and new ideas a fair chance.
