While teaching World Geography and World History, Walter
attended South West Texas State University (SWTSU) and received
his certification as a high school counselor. While working
as a school counselor he returned to SWTSU to complete his
certification as a school administrator. He served both
as a junior high and high school assistant principal. His
last educational assignment as an administrator was at the
prestigious Stephen F. Austin High School.
Several years back Walter began thinking about his future
and ways to combine his strong imbedded professional military
standards with the people skills he learned during his time
as a teacher, counselor and administrator. How could these
skills later serve him in good stead in another area of
professionalism when he retired from education and also
continue doing a service to the people in the Austin community?
It was at that time of searching for his next calling that
Walter discovered real estate.
As during his military career, tenure as a teacher, counselor,
and educational administrator, Walter continues to devote
his full time and energy at being the professional and caring
realtor that puts the wellbeing, concerns, desires, and
goals of his clients fore-most in his priorities. His
passion for real estate is evident when hearing the
laudatory comments from former clients about his professional
approach and attention to the smallest detail when assisting
them in selling or buying a home.
